Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga
easy stretching, working with the breath. The use of props makes the class work for any student at any level.

Level 1-2
a more challenging class incorporating breath with movement for beginners and intermediate students.

Restorative Rehab
poses held for 3-10 minutes to release connective tissue. This gentle practice will open your body and enhance your overall sense of well-being while you develop breath awareness. Many of the postures will be supported by blankets and bolsters. Let your cares drift away as you melt into the floor in these relaxing poses.

The Practice
for the intermediate/advanced students with a clear understanding of the Anusara Principles of Alignment who want to raise the bar of their practice. More advanced poses are introduced. This class has less adjustments as the instructor practices with the class.

Private Sessions
private and semi-private sessions will be designed for your specific needs. Small groups, friends or family sessions are available. Multiple sessions are discounted.
